

CUSTOM OPTIMIZATION
To ensure the voice of the consumer is considered throughout custom user journeys. Our UX team leverage a combination of available quantitative data sources and qualitative user tests to inform enhancements of the Customization experience on converse.com.
We map out 6 research sprints to explore users' journey: Custom Hub page, PLP, PDP, Builder, Navigation, Way-finding. For each sprint, we work with data analysts and key stakeholders to research, brainstorm, design, and test. Our research efforts is broken into 2 phase: Quick wins (ready to implement) and Future States (roll out on UX roadmap).
I'm the lead UX Designer within this project. Key responsibilities including:

Work with Data analyst, key stakeholders to understand user pain points, conduct A/B test, make data-informed decision.

Conduct UX research to explore users' behavior, pain points, and validate assumptions.

Create pixel-perfect designs to support A/B testing, and production implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional team to brainstorm ideas, present designs, gather feedbacks., and launch features.

Lead UX Designer in BEST Squad Team, dedicated to enhance PLP and PDP experience:

Introduced Interactive Product Wall Header on PLP to surface Converse main collections which drives more traffic and conversions.

Designed and implemented low inventory message on PDP, boost 20% of conversion rate.

Improved Ratings & Review experience, streamlined users' experience of writing more qualified user reviews, resulted in gaining more qualified reviews from buyers.
